Presentation is very important when it comes to entertaining so having a well thought out menu is key. One way to compliment your layout is by adding a charcuterie board. Think about it, who doesn’t love individual portions of meats paired with a variety of cheeses, crackers, fruit, nuts, and delicious sweets. The world we live in can sometimes be challenging when it comes to gathering so we’ve even come up with what we believe is the perfect solution. The answer is the grab and go charcuterie cone. Individual snack cones filled with the same delicious goodies. In this class will be covering food safety, pairing food and beverages ( including adult beverage education and tasting) and ideal placement for presentation.
Registration for this 12-5 pm event is $115 pp and includes the following:
- Charcuterie board with the option to customize. (Size, color and shape may very due to the nature of the board) -monogram or choose a design from our photo album.
- Cone holder- to be painted at the event. You will learn a variety of painting techniques and have the option to add a design or phrase
- Food and beverages including adult beverage tasting
All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. Each person will need to be registered. Sharing is not allowed. This event is open to adults only.
